Not Using GPU?

Heya, Im a noob when it comes to this? I have a 3070. have the cudatoolkit installed. But for some reason its only using CPU? is this normal? the portable vulk version was alot quicker?

Currently 5 minutes into a single image. Or it is because its doubling the size everytime regardless of size. doing a large image rn.
So if i want to repeatadly input last rounds results I have to downscale back first? Cheers

Dont Worry about that, now ive got a new question. How do I change Models? I tried inputing with the inference for new model but got a callback error?
