This will remove the entry point necessary for loading of the all legacy add-ons if it be 'fixed'.

Indeed it have been left abandoned for years but still not something good to see.

If that ever come true the solution I can think of is replace entire XPIInternal from "resource://gre/modules/addons/XPIExports.sys.mjs".
We could create a temp file in /chrome folder for module loading with text read from original file combined with needed codes.
