add auto save setting

**Description**

In the settings I'd like to have a checkbox to activate auto saving.
This should save my current project in a given period.

**Acceptance Criteria**

- [x] I can see a settings menu at the top menu bar
- [x] I can see a checkbox to activate autosave
- [ ] I can activate autosave and my project is being saved every n seconds
