Allow creating time-series from places only

In the time-series plot, there is the option to "Add time-series from places" in case there is (at least) one. This means that first a time-series has to generated from a dataset so this option becomes available.
It would be great if the option could be elevated to another place, so place time-series could be shown individually, without the need to also display dataset time-series.

I agree that places that have a time dimension should be displayable as individual charts.
