Layer visibilities: unable to read entire content on a small screen #362

Layer visibilities > Layers(-box)
When using a small screen (e.g. laptop), it can happen that the list of layers in the Layers(-box) becomes too large and the content partially disappears at the bottom of the screen. That the box can be moved is not clear. A triggered scrollbar for small screen sizes would be ideal.
