On the reference data for cylinder case.

I read the paper of Xcompact3D (2020) for the cylinder case, and it says the reference is "On the inclusion of three-dimensional effects in simulations of two-dimensional bluff-body wake flows" by Mittal 1997. However, in that paper, there is no figure for the mean and fluctuating velocity distribution. There is only some figures for vortex visualization. Am I looking at the wrong version of the paper? I appreciate if anyone could provide the reference for the data. Thank you!
