TPlink Archer C7 v2 is stuck in the pineapple booting loop

Hi recently, I installed the pineapple firmware to my tplink archer c7 v2, and when I visit the pineappke interface it is stuck at "Your pineapple is booting" page been > 20 hours what should I do I tried reser and tftpd with the original firmware and it doesnt work. I tried ssh and its asking me for a passwd and evertime I put in a passwd it shows me wrong passwd

All users who reported this was because they did not have the firmware installed correctly. If you do not follow all the steps you will not be able to install all the files and the device will not work properly.
Review the installation steps and reinstall.

any tips on how I am able to reinstall the firmware on the device again coz at this point cant seem to access anything
