[FR] Internal & External Hyperlink Support

Internal and external hyperlinks should work using markdown syntax. Internal hyperlinks can be treated as backlinks, and preview of hyperlinked content maybe shown.

Preview / tooltip for external hyperlinks can also be shown by fetching the webpage.
