Samsung U32J59 problems

Hi all,

I want to be able to switch inputs on this monitor and it just doesn't work. I know the monitor does accept the VCP codes as on the Mac Better Display works via HDMI, but my PC via GTX1660 via DisplayPort doesn't. I know the code is 0x60 and the value is 15 as that is what ControlMyMonitor app says and BetterDisplay says the HDMI value is 17. But is also says the Max Value is 3 and there are no possible values.
I have tried as hotkeys 0x60 15,16,17 nothing, also 0,1,2,3 nothing. Any thoughts
