Possible bug? Entity display name includes the device name

Hi, I apologize if this has been asked before, but in my setup (HA Core 2025.4.4, hass-localtuya 2025.3.2, HAOS 15.2), when entity names are rendered in lovelace or exposed to voice assistants, they are including the device name. So, most of my single-entity devices are showing up with the same name repeated:

But if I look at the entity itself, only the entity name is shown:

Is it intended to be like that? These were originally set up in the rospogrigio version, and I'm not able to clear the entity name in the Reconfigure Existing Device flow (where entity name seems to be an optional field).

That's not a bug unlike upstream on this fork the entities names follow the device name so you don't need to retype the device name in entities fields so If I have a smart switch 3 gang

Device name: bedroom 3gang
3 Entities with names: lamp1, fan and lamp2
the entity id of these entities would be switch.bedroom_3gang_lamp1, switch.bedroom_3gang_fan and switch.bedroom_3gang_lamp2
