Auto configure missing entities to existing devices

Would it be possible to add a function to automatically add missing entities to existing devices? Some old devices, from the time of configuration via YAML, may have only some basic entities added. The current version automatically adds entities based on data from TUYA API, there are some cool entities there, e.g. timer. But you can't automatically add them to existing devices - you either have to remove and re-add the device, which involves time-consuming reconfiguration in automations, scripts, visualizations, etc., or manually set the entities, which is also very time-consuming with dozens of devices.

When I delete and then rediscover them, they are always added back with the same name as before.
