Environment

• Does the device work using the Home Assistant Tuya Cloud component?
• Is this device connected to another local integration, including Home Assistant and any other tools?
• The devices are within the same HA subnet, and they get discovered automatically when I add them

What happened?

How can I manually configure this device?
Any help is much appreciated.

What DPS string detected from device? If you can add the device even if configured incorrectly post the device diagnostics otherwise if you are you setup "cloud-api" post entry diagnostics if haven't setup cloud with localtuya then try to get device DPS query from cloud in Tuya IOT at top left
Cloud -> API Explorer -> Device Control -> Query Things Data Model

I also don't know all the DPS since some DPS name are duplicated? or has purpose that I don't know.
You can configure this with these entities:
You use old version of localtuya, so this may be the reason not all DPS were pulled I suggest to re-add the device after updating it.
Add 0 in manual DPS to enable restore old states since some DPS states won't be pulled at initialization.

If you can confirm what DPS are related to I can add it into auto configure db, you can monitor the DPS changes if you want by monitor the device using "events" and control it via app and see what dp change.

• DPID: 104 is the normal cooking light. Only white color.

• DPID: 106 is the RGBW Backlight, or ambilight.
WorkMode DP: 108
Color DP: 107

• Fan is working

• Timer don't work

• Carbon Filter is working, after I change the value in the smartlife app.

• Metall Filter is working, after I change the value in the smartlife app.

• DPID: 4 is a switch in the smartlife app, to activate the light menu.

• DPID: 6 I don't know

• DPID: 7 is a switch in the smartlife app, to open the settings.
