Proposal: A documentation for the Pitch

Hello, (Again, it's me! )

The current explanation for the "Pitch" effect in EasyEffects does not match the actual control menu shown in the interface. This inconsistency can be confusing for users.

To address this, I created a new explanation that aligns with the parameters currently displayed in the EasyEffects UI.
While the format may differ slightly from the documentation of other effects, I believe the content is technically accurate.

I’m sure many users have been waiting for a clear and accurate description of the Pitch effect.

The old doc is from the time we used the Rubberband library instead of SoundTouch.
