Proposal: A documentation for the Speech Processor

Hello,
speech processor.zip

I’m a regular user of the “Speech Processor” in EasyEffects and find it very useful.
However, the current documentation for the Speech Processor lacks sufficient technical explanation.
To address this, I have created a detailed explanation for the plugin, which I would like to share with you.

While the format may differ slightly from other effect descriptions, I believe the content is technically accurate.
I’m sure there are many users who have been looking forward to a proper description of the Speech Processor.

Thanks! I've updated our manual with this information https://github.com/wwmm/easyeffects/blob/master/help/C/speex.page. I did not add details like default value or if the control is a toggle or not because to be consistent this kind of thing should be done for all plugins. What would be an immense burden considering how many controls some of them have.
