Create frontend part

Create a frontend where user can click button from list of attendee and send api request.
list of attendee can be created from object with name, email, and some information

@DAMMAK @JoshHeng this is express-nodejs app so, ejs or anything related is preferred, if you want to take it to next level with vue/angular/react go ahead

I'm cool with either ejs or react but I actually thought @JoshHeng is doing it, so it won't be wasting of time... But if he isn't, I can fully handle it... but if he is handling. then I can move to another thing.

@DAMMAK , @JoshHeng created in php, but its nodejs project, you can decide or wait for his response

I probably won't have time to work on this today, so @DAMMAK feel free to adapt it to nodeJS (probably easiest) or just do it again from scratch? I believe the only thing that would need to be changed is the PHP sections, the HTML and CSS should be fine (?)
Otherwise I can do it tomorrow?
