Description
If a user checks in two project cards, with one depending on the other, then both project cards should be updated with new node numbers.
If a user wants to create a project card that depends on the other, than the user should check-in the first project card and have the node numbers be updated. Then the user should apply this project card to the network to create the second project card, which will align the node numbers.
