feat: migrate styles from Sass to Tailwind CSS framework #29

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We believe Sass is a thing of the past now. The future is Tailwind CSS and we would like to migrate all styles to Tailwind CSS framework.
Describe the solution you'd like
We would like to remove all traces of Sass and inline CSS from the app, and replace with Tailwind CSS.
The app should work perfectly on all browsers and on all devices.
Would appreciated a mobile first approach is followed.
Additional context
Any additional configs needed for Tailwind CSS should be supported by all browsers, and should work seamlessly on production after deployment.
