Show incident info in the overview #59
Description
Currently the incident list only shows the target location, but allows to change the state directly without ever opening the details view. This may lead to units never reading the additional infos.
Possible improvements (either one or both):
- Show info in overview list directly (i.e., use larger cards in the list)
- Show details view directly if only one incident is assigned to the unit
