Implement Sqreen user monitoring

Sqreen allows you to enable user monitoring which includes things "such as account takeover, password bruteforce, suspicious activities coming from TOR or an unusual VPN."

I'd like to implement this to increase insights into attack vectors and to protect the users of the app.
