Suggestion: Mare the grass roof town more alive

I don't really like the city with the grass roofs in the North. I believe it's called Saria. It seems like this town is just incomplete:

• I found only 1 NPC and it's a soldier
• You cannot enter any of the buildings except one. And that one just insta-teleports you to a cave
• At night the lights turn on so it's not a ghost town
• There is nothing interesting to do here. No lore, no books, no shops, no anything.
