Availability endpoint POST call broken

Post call to Availability endpoint always results in failure with error code 1003.
The description says: 'There was a problem in processing this request. Please try again'

I can verify on website that the slots are available for Bangalore.

Could you consider uploading app.log file somewhere and link me that? It'd be helpful to understand the exact error.

Considering its working perfectly fine in my setup.
