TableView can't scroll

When i add uitableview in foreground i can't scroll it.

Me, too. What can I do?

PWParallaxScrollView contains 3 UIScrollView.
(like z-index)
0 - Background ScrollView
1 - Foreground ScrollView
2 - Touch ScrollView

We give backgrounds and foregrounds, and Touch ScrollView(the top of view's hierarchy)
I think Touch ScrollView does't deliver touches to foreground view.
How can I deliver touches from touch scrollview to foreground view?
