When clicking on the delete icon, we’ll remove the results related to the URL and the row itself

• Cancel any related items in Action Scheduler

Two possibilities here:

1. Handle the deletion with PHP
2. Handle the deletion via AJAX

PHP Handler

When clicking on the the above link, we could redirect to an action that deletes the entry in wpr_performance_monitoring of the page we want to delete, and refresh the page to update the listing table.

AJAX Handler

When clicking on the above link, we could make an AJAX request to delete the entry from the DB, and refresh the table directly.

I would personally go with the PHP Handler, as it's easier to implement in case the user disables JS.
