How do I search on fields within an embedded schema?

I've moved a couple of fields into embedded schemas:

• name_details (containing first_name, last_name)
• contact_details (containing email, phone_number)

Now I'm trying to refit my previous search behaviour that included compound_fields with last_name and email. So far I haven't figured out how to configure this in the FlopSchema.
