minor symfony#19259 [Messenger] Merge configuration blocks for AsMessageHandler attribute (MrYamous)

This PR was submitted for the 6.3 branch but it was merged into the 6.4 branch instead.

[Messenger] Merge configuration blocks for AsMessageHandler attribute

Maybe I missed a particular reason to separate attribute and yaml/xml/php configuration. While reading it I found it a bit redundant.
