Svelte Skeleton

I was able to get Flowbite-svelte working with live_svelte (https://github.com/dev-guy/ash-svelte-flowbite). After a bit more learning, I stumbled on Svelte Skeleton which has support for Flowbite. Flowbite-svelte's latest version doesn't work with LiveSvelte and Skeleton seems to be more polished as a design language so that’s my next weekend project. I’ll post an update here.

I got stuck on the drawer component which needs to be a singleton. app.js needs to run svelte. I’m sure it’s doable but I need to rework things.
