Inline image option not working on the Table block cell.

Description

They had enabled the experimental functionalities to use the table block, but when trying to include an image inside a table cell by using the "inline image" option, nothing happened.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to Posts
2. Add new or edit a post
3. Add a Table block
4. Click on a cell
5. Select the inline "image option"
6. Nothing happens

Environment info

I was able to reproduce this on my Android mobile.

• Jetpack Version 25.8.1 (1465)
• I am using a Moto g power 5G - 2024
• Android version 15
