Why add a constant add_con after reasoning? Why is it necessary to add and how to set the size of this number? Thank you

That's just for the rounding the output values after network forward before measuring.
In the config file, that add_con is 0.5 and floor operation will also be applied.

you can just apply original rounding function instead of adding 0.5 with flooring.
