woodpecker v2.7.2 docker web portal won't load

Hi everyone,
Wonder if anyone run into problem with the new v2.7.2 docker installation?
I pair woodpecker ci with gitea via docker deployment

exact same config works fine with v2.7.1 (web portal opens and login just fine), but when change to latest(v2.7.2), woodpecker web portal just shows a grey page with some not so useful error from chrome console

click on the setup (Login-RBNwZx3k.js:1:1138) leads to
