Placeholder tokens do not work on Windows

E.g. use the ${workspaceFolder} placeholder which will lead to /C:/some/folder instead of C:/some/folder. Notice the extra slash.
Makes this plugin unusable on Windows :(

I'm wondering if this is fixed by commit dae1b66 in parent repo? That patch was applied after this fork was made, and hasn't been subsequently merged here.
