Update Deploy Script

• Generalize the deploy script a bit so it's not deployment specific
• Include calcualtor in deployment process
• Create concrete version for Arbitrum deployment, with appropriate constants etc...
• Exercise deploy script in updated integration tests Re-Implement integration tests for the system #34
