Unable to save application settings on network share

Brief description of your issue

This is basically the same issue as #2412 but here the path to SystemInformer (and its settings file) are on a network share. ProcMon shows:

SetRenameInformationEx    \\server\share\foo\SystemInformer.exe.settings.tmp    INVALID PARAMETER     Flags: FILE_RENAME_REPLACE_IF_EXISTS, FILE_RENAME_POSIX_SEMANTICS, 0x40

So the check for the running Windows version to determine which flags can be used is not applicable and it would be nice to add a fallback if the rename fails.

The first attempt is always FileRenameInformation and FileRenameInformationEx (SetRenameInformationEx) is the fallback.

Why would the older, less powerful method be attempted first? But anyway, the code I'm looking at doesn't look like that at all:
