How to access default templates?

Just installed this plugin and am having difficulty getting started. I want to use the built-in template to create a note from my annotations, but the template window is blank.

1. Select "new item note from template"
   

2. the template window is blank
   

But I do see the default templates in the template editor (accessible from within the settings)

How do I use these?

These are for internal use. You’ll need to add templates manually. For more details see the doc

I see. I would suggest that one or two default templates be included in the future.
