在电脑上做过笔记后，笔记未及时同步至云端就关闭程序，后在手机端同步后（手机端有一段时间没打开了，是陈旧数据），出现将新做的笔记覆盖的问题。
痛失一周的笔记，请问有笔记历史记录可以恢复吗？
