Possible? Adding tag to Zotero item after importing item to Obsidian

I have a memory in the back of my mind that this is somehow possible, but I don't remember HOW:

Whenever you import a research paper item/annotations from Zotero to Obsidian (maybe using BetterBibTex and Obsidian Zotero plugin), it will ADD A TAG TO THAT ITEM IN ZOTERO. Is this possible (with Action Tags or otherwise)?

And I have one more, unrelated question:

Is it possible with Action Tag to add tags to items upon dropping them in a certain folder? For example, using Zotero Connector in browser, I add a paper to the folder XYZ. Would it be possible to auto-tag this item as project-xyz ?
