Allowing a snapshot plugin to install on released UGS versions #2801
-
I’m working on the scaffolding for an UGS plugin (I’ve already had a brief discussion about it here). Packaging it into an installable That makes sense, since my plugin is a snapshot and insists on snapshot-matching dependencies. My question: how to change the dependencies of my plugin so it will accept for instance versions Things I tried:
I’m at a loss for the proper way to specify dependencies so that my snapshot plugin installs cleanly on a released UGS. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated! |

I will focus all future development (besides bug fixes) on the JavaFX variant (ugs-fx). There are currently no plans on making a plugin system, all development needs to be made in the ugs-fx project.
What is considered mature is purely subjective. It currently has a much less functionality than the platform variant but is starting to surpass the classic edition. I plan to make the first release once these features are implemented: https://github.com/users/breiler/projects/4
