UGS with Openbuilds Blackbox X32

Hello. Did anyone here get the UGS software working with Openbuilds Blackbox x32 controller?

I have tried connecting to the blackbox from UGS on a Windows computer (win10) in various ways (IP, USB) but nothing seems to work?
If it is actually supposed to work just out of the box then any suggestions on why mine wont connect?

I don't see why it shouldn't. What version of UGS are you using?
What does it say in the console when you try to connect?

newest release. 2.1.13 it seems.
Unfortunately I dont remember the error messages and the machine is in another location than where I am now which is of course a little dumb when I am asking for help.

I DO however remember that it did repeating connection attempts and wrote a new line for each attempt and then ended with a connection failure message.

I will remember writing it down when I go there again.

Oh yeah,it said "Fetching device status" in 10 attempts and then ended with "connection closed".

Then you need to right click in the console and select "Enable verbose logging" and try to connect again to get the detail responses.

Thanks. I will do that next time I go there.

We havae used Openbulds Control software on that same PC and I am wondering if we installed a driver for that software that might be in the way now for UGS. BUt I will get back here when I have tried logging.
