Update to Qt 4.7 / 4.8 for MeeGo and Symbian Belle

It would be interesting to see this port updated to Qt 4.7 / 4.8 for MeeGo and Symbian Belle.

N9 for MeeGo
Belle for Nokia 600, 603, 700, 701 and older Nokia's N8, C7, etc.
