<SelectBox /> - Ability to add list items that contain buttons

Pass a traditional property in as false in order to trigger this type of <SelectBox />

<SelectBox /> should:

• Not show the element in the "selected area" when it is selected. This issue surfaced while building out the initial traditional attempt.
• Should delegate control of the open state to the parent component (ie: open becomes the dev's responsibility)
