Description
Use case
While mid workout it is generally recommended to log heart rate as this is an indicator of heart health. Currently there is no way to do this apart from via the measurements view in wger which is awkward to use mid workout and doesn't give you the context of what was being done at the time.
There are two ways I could see this being used:
- as a step in a routine where following a workout you would log your heart rate
- as a step between sets where you might log your heart rate
Other measurements could also be included but heart rate seems like an obvious example.
