Inconsistent max length of routines #2026

Description
Within the Android and Flatpak App it seems that routines can only have a maximum length of 12 weeks.
However within the Webapp/Webinterface of the Website(wger.de/de/dashboard) I can set the length to a maximum of 16 weeks.
I assume that this is not intended behavior.
As a side note, it would be good to have a pop-up or some other info text show up if a user tries to extend the length beyond 12/16 weeks to inform the user of the reasons behind this.
