How to copy template to new user using REST API

Hey guys, i created a new routine in my admin account and marked as public template. Now from UI, I can copy and use that public template with in new account. but I want to do it from REST API.

My requirement is simple, in my backend API,

1. I already created a user, gym, and all basic details using PostgreSQL.
2. Now I want to copy a routine from admin account and paste in my new user account.

its possible as public template from UI but I cant find relevant API for this. i inspect the copy process but no luck.
