Unsupported platform on windows

Hi, I update from version 7.2.3 to version 8.2.1.
After the update I receive Unsupported platform at Object.getCacheDir on server start locally.

On version 7.2.3 all was fine. I run on windows and use WSL for redis.

Am I doing something wrong?
