Update wallet_getCallsStatus response types to align with latest EIP-5792 update

Current Behavior

Hey, EIP-5792 has introduced updated status types for the status field in the wallet_getCallsStatus response. Currently, viem doesn’t seem to fully support these updated types. To align with the latest EIP standard, it would be great to update the response handling to reflect the new status codes.

@jxom Hey, apologies for the extra ping, but it might make sense to address this sooner rather than later. Viem recently introduced a new waitForCallsStatus action 8527569, which still relies on the old status model. Updating it to align with the latest EIP-5792 changes would help prevent inconsistencies down the line.
