Updating RPC Endpoints - Deprecating MetisGorilla for MetisSepolia

I need to update the RPC endpoints configuration to:

Remove MetisGorilla testnet (deprecating)
Add MetisSepolia testnet RPC details in chain
Update Metis mainnet RPC endpoints

The changes will affect network configurations. Should I include a changeset for these network updates? Please advise on the best approach to handle this deprecation and endpoint updates.

I added one PR last month but it didn't get aprove so i am just bit confuse.
