Transport binding and IDL

Would be great if the wire protocol were flexible. Run Actors over HTTP, WebSockets, QUIC, gRPC, etc. Would also like to integrate with WIT (WebAssembly Interface Types), which is the IDL for the Wasm Component Model ABI, but would serve just as well for API.
