The general idea is to use LLMs as much as possible everywhere

Onboarding

2-step process:

1. Short onboarding with select questions to build a common persona with the same characteristics as all other users (1 FIXED YAML)
2. (Skippable) another YAML file with general info about the user (each one different in structure) in a more conversational manner (1 DYNAMIC-personalized YAML, more unstructured)

What do we need:

• LLM with appropriate functions -> define the functions
• Find a way to define the person and use it as context

Results as notifications:

• insights
• suggestions

Day-to-Day working of the app (make this work for the app for the user)

1. Questionnaires -> stress/sleep/psychology/wellbeing
2. Chitchat with 2 tabs
3. Calendar -> outlook/google
4. Explore agentic frameworks/platforms
5. Smartwatch data working
