Update endpoint for Sentinel-3 L1C following creodias deprecation

See the following deprecation warning:

"Please note that we will deprecate the Sentinel Hub deployment on creodias.sentinel-hub.com due to the planned discontinuation of the CF2 cloud infrastructure by CloudFerro. This change will take effect on March 31, 2025. While this decision will impact ongoing operations for a small subset of our users, we’ve ensured a simple pathway to maintain and enhance your access to Sentinel Hub services."

So let's replace the endpoint creodias.sentinel-hub.com with sh.dataspace.copernicus.eu for Sentinel-3 L1C. This will, among other things, require an additional dataspace token evaluated in a new function.
