Add tests to dalec-discourse #8
Description
Currently there are no tests. It could be great to add at least some basic tests. See dalec-caldav and dalec test utils for eg.
As we won't use a real discourse instance for testing, you can fake it with a fake server which serve only specific usefull URLs with hard coded response. With this we will be able to test the specific dalec-discourse code when retrieving infos.
