Dalec discourse also list hidden topic

If a topic is set "hidden" for some reason in discourse (i.e. accessible only by direct link), it is reported in the list.

I think we should not include them by default, but do we set it as a settings or do we go : "hidden in discourse = not visible in dalec discourse" ?
